[MS] Scenario Tactics – Elite Warfare

We’ve uploaded six scenarios and pre-built armies onto the Demo Games page. These scenarios are for testing purposes to get a gauge on how well we’ve costed the Victory Points for Primary and Secondary objectives.

If you’d like to participate head over to the Demo Games page and download the scenarios, units and after action report. When you’re done leave a comment or send us an email with your battle report by September 15th. Below the break we’ll discuss tactics for the Elite Warfare scenario which features a large number of Skilled and Ace pilots for smaller games.

MechaStellar – Feb 2022 Update

For this month’s MechaStellar update we are wrapping up some unit requests we received for more RX78 Gundam units as well as Big O with a total of 24 new units added. We are also releasing a Narrative Campaign following the first portion of the 1974 Getter Robo manga.

MechaStellar Version 8 Released

Good morning everyone and thanks for your patience. The last two months have been a fun time working on MechaStellar. over the holidays and we got a lot of playtests in during December and January.  Today we are releasing Version 8 which overhauls the Pilot system and Melee system as well as points adjustments for the Pilot and Performance stat.  Below is a quick summary of all major changes, we also have some in-depth posts here if you’re curious about any design decisions.

MechaStellar – Year in Review 2021

2021 has been a great year for MechaStellar so far. It marks the release of Version 7 which has been the most fun to play with since Version 2. As we continue to work on Version 8 we wanted to take a look back and be thankful for what we were able to accomplish in the last year.

Merry Christmas

We’ve been very busy working on a major update that will make Pilot more important for your favorite units as well as a points rebalance that affects how Performance and Pilot contribute to a units overall points cost. This one is a significant overhaul so I’d like a few more weeks to get some testing in before we release it. Fortunately, the holidays are approaching so I’ll have more time to complete that then we’ll continue with roster updates for Gundam & Getter Robo.

In the interim we are releasing a Narrative Mission Pack for Gundam 0080 War in the Pocket in honor of the Christmas Season. Merry Christmas!

[MS] Unit Roster Update – 12NOV21

For this week’s update we are releasing several more units for the Earth Federation in Mobile Suit Gundam.  The following new units have been added: GM Cannon, Powered GM, GM Custom and GM Cannon II.  Variations have been added for GM Ground Type, GM Command and GM Sniper Custom to provide more options.
